The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also in close proximity to most of the attractions, allowing us to visit all the monuments we wanted to see without any hassle. the room was very comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and clean facilities. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that our needs were met. the breakfast offered a variety of options, satisfying our appetite before starting our day of exploration.

The hotel could benefit from a refurbishment to improve its overall appearance and ambiance.

The hotel is excellently located, just minutes away from famous landmarks like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee houses nearby, making it convenient for dining options. The staff at the reception were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom and a cozy queen size bed. We also appreciated having the basic amenities like air conditioning and a small folding bed. Additionally, the breakfast included was a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center and so close to everything. Being near the Trevi Fountain and other attractions made it convenient for sightseeing. The staff was the best aspect of our stay, they were really kind and helpful. They provided all the amenities we needed and were quick to respond to any requests. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and despite being in a busy area, they were quiet. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the coffee was wonderful.

The location of the hotel was great, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance. Being able to easily explore the city and see the sights was a huge plus. the staff at the hotel were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, and were really good too assist us. From recommending restaurants to pointing out landmarks on a map, their knowledge and recommendations were invaluable.

One aspect that was disappointing was the condition of the hotel. It could definitely use a freshen up as it felt a bit tired.

I had the kindest hotel experience at City Palazzo Dei Cardinali! When I arrived, my first room had a strong smell of cigarettes, but the staff immediately moved me to a new room. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center, and I enjoyed exploring all my favorite places. The breakfast was satisfying, and the service from the employees was really good. I received help from the reception even late at night. I had a good stay at this hotel. I definitely recommend it!
